In June 2023, we participated in the 25th edition of the Africa Energy Forum. The forum connected governments, utilities, regulators, development finance institutions, commercial banks, power developers, technology providers, EPCs, and professional services to shape the future of Africa’s energy landscape.

Throughout the four-day forum, the discussions revolved around the pressing importance of incorporating ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) practices and sustainability-linked finance within Africa’s energy sector. The renewable energy sector is witnessing a significant expansion of its ESG capabilities, underscoring the necessity for holistic and cohesive strategies.
